The role supports health-office planning, monitoring and capacity building, links provincial work with central coordination and reports on service delivery and programme progress.

Responsibilities
- Support the Provincial Health Office in planning and implementing RMNCAH activities
- Participate in provincial planning, review and joint-programme coordination meetings
- Prepare monthly implementation, progress and monitoring reports
- Document coordination meetings with LuxDev and development partners
- Support and facilitate RMNCAH capacity-building workshops
- Conduct field visits to health facilities and village health volunteers
- Identify delivery constraints, progress and good practices for follow-up
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma in Public Health, Medical Sciences, Community Health, Social Sciences, Social Development or another relevant field
- At least four years of relevant experience planning and coordinating provincial or district health programmes focused on reproductive, maternal and child health
- Familiarity with the Lao health-system context
