National Provincial Coordinator, Sexual and Reproductive Health

Coordinates provincial implementation of the joint reproductive, maternal, newborn, child and adolescent health programme. The role supports health-office planning, monitoring and capacity building, links provincial work with central coordination and reports on service delivery and programme progress.

Department: United Nations Joint Programme on RMNCAH

• Support the Provincial Health Office in planning and implementing RMNCAH activities
• Participate in provincial planning, review and joint-programme coordination meetings
• Prepare monthly implementation, progress and monitoring reports
• Document coordination meetings with LuxDev and development partners
• Support and facilitate RMNCAH capacity-building workshops
• Conduct field visits to health facilities and village health volunteers
• Identify delivery constraints, progress and good practices for follow-up

• Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma in Public Health, Medical Sciences, Community Health, Social Sciences, Social Development or another relevant field
• At least four years of relevant experience planning and coordinating provincial or district health programmes focused on reproductive, maternal and child health
• Familiarity with the Lao health-system context

• Local Service Contract at LSC-7
