Job Description
UNOPS seeks a Head of Programme to lead programme planning, development, implementation and portfolio oversight in Nairobi. Reporting to the Country or Multi-Country Office Director, the role will establish strategy and delivery plans, oversee programme governance and risks, supervise the Programme Management Office, mentor project managers, and ensure timely, cost-effective results and financial sustainability across the portfolio.
