Responsibilities
- Lead the English Language Department and plan revision, editing, translation and minute-taking work
- Manage staffing, productivity, budget inputs, expenses and staff performance
- Oversee external language providers and the full tendering process
- Direct terminology management and quality consistency across language versions
- Revise English originals and translations and prepare statutory-meeting records when required
- Define governance and deployment of CAT, machine-translation and AI language tools
- Recruit, onboard, coach and train permanent and temporary language staff
Requirements
- Master’s degree in languages, translation, translation technologies or a relevant discipline, with advanced management and translation experience
- At least eight years of combined translation, editing, revision and minute-taking experience
- Demonstrable leadership and team-management experience
- Advanced experience with language technologies and tools
- Mother-tongue command of English
- Excellent knowledge of two languages among Arabic, French and Spanish
