Job Description
Produces branded, publication-ready layouts for three UNDP Maldives project reports intended for digital dissemination. The online volunteer will build templates and visual elements, format long-form reports, refine charts and infographics, incorporate project-team feedback, and deliver editable source files and high-resolution PDFs that maintain a consistent visual identity.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Design and format three project reports for public dissemination
- Apply branding guidelines for fonts, typography, colour palette, logo placement and visual identity
- Develop professional page layouts and templates
- Design cover pages, section dividers, infographics, tables, charts and visual elements
- Maintain visual consistency across all reports
- Prepare reports for publication and digital dissemination
- Incorporate project-team feedback and deliver editable files and high-resolution PDFs
Role Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in graphic design and publication layout
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva or equivalent
- Experience designing reports and publications
- Strong understanding of branding standards
