Responsibilities

  • Provide anti-corruption, public financial management and economic governance expertise
  • Advise national institutions on legislation, policies, strategies and prevention systems aligned with UNCAC
  • Build institutional capacity and engage government, civil society, private-sector and development partners
  • Oversee project operations and technical delivery
  • Develop monitoring and evaluation arrangements and document lessons
  • Prepare progress and donor reports and support resource mobilization

Requirements

  • Advanced degree in law, criminal justice, international relations, business management, public administration, political or social sciences, or a related field; a bachelor’s degree with two additional years may be considered
  • Experience designing national anti-corruption policies, strategies and public campaigns
  • Expert knowledge of corruption prevention and related economic crime issues
  • Substantive knowledge of the United Nations Convention against Corruption
  • Fluency in English
