Responsibilities
- Guide implementation of the reparations and transitional-justice strategy
- Coordinate financial, logistical, administrative and technical delivery of the project portfolio
- Align reparations work with civil documentation, property rights and legal-remedy activities
- Supervise pillar staff and build distributed technical capacity
- Monitor workplans, results and bottlenecks and implement corrective action
- Integrate gender, protection, human rights and survivor-centred practice
- Prepare donor and stakeholder reports
- Develop new projects and deliver partner capacity-building
Requirements
- Master degree in law, political or social sciences, international relations, human rights, transitional justice, development or migration studies with two years of relevant experience, or university degree with four years
- Experience in transitional justice, reparations, rule of law, access to justice or protection programming
- Experience in project implementation, monitoring, reporting and budget oversight
- Fluency in English
