Responsibilities

  • Strengthen asset registration, verification, tagging and accountability systems
  • Institutionalise financial-management reforms with state health ministries and primary-health-care agencies
  • Deliver training-of-trainers for accounting-software rollout across health finance units
  • Lead financial planning and budgeting for state primary-health-care agencies
  • Build partner capacity through training, mentoring and technical support
  • Improve financial processes for state and local-government accounting teams
  • Capture and share financial-management practices and lessons through knowledge systems

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Audit or another relevant field
  • At least seven years of progressive experience in financial management, accounting, financial controls and partnership management
  • Experience supporting donor-funded health programmes
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
