Responsibilities
- Deliver state-level training of trainers on the accounting software
- Lead accounting-software rollout and data migration across participating health entities
- Train primary-health-care accountants at state, local-government and ward levels
- Report quarterly on financial-system strengthening achievements, risks and recommendations
- Establish knowledge systems for financial-management lessons and good practice
- Review quarterly grant performance and analyse variances for corrective action
- Assess financial controls in selected local-government areas with audit and finance teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Audit or another relevant field
- At least five years of progressive experience in financial management, accounting, financial controls and partnership management
- Experience supporting donor-funded health programmes
- Fluency in written and spoken English
