Finance Officer, Global Youth Mobilization

Provides finance support for the Global Youth Mobilization programme at IFRC, helping ensure that budgets, financial records and partner transactions are accurate, compliant and timely. The finance officer supports planning, reporting and operational follow-up, works with programme stakeholders on resource management, and contributes dependable financial information for youth-focused initiatives delivered across multiple partners.

• Provide technical support for the assigned programme portfolio
• Coordinate activities with institutional and external partners
• Prepare reports, analysis and knowledge products
• Monitor implementation progress and support timely follow-up
• Contribute to planning, communication and quality assurance
