Manages financial, administrative, procurement and technical coordination for UNRWA infrastructure construction and maintenance projects in the West Bank. The engineer prepares cost estimates and tender documents, coordinates contractors and guarantees, participates in tender evaluation, tracks project progress and expenditure, and produces reports while ensuring compliance with agency rules, technical instructions and donor requirements.

• Prepare and monitor financial and administrative project issues
• Prepare cost estimates and tender documentation
• Coordinate contractor guarantees and insurance validity
• Support tendering and technical evaluation
• Track project progress, costs and donor updates
• Prepare reports and statistics

• University degree in civil or architecture engineering
• At least three years of relevant professional experience including two years in contract and tender administration and evaluation
• English and Arabic are required
• Candidates must reside in West Bank or Jerusalem, be within commuting distance and have authorization to work

• Limited Duration Contract through 31 March 2027 with possible extension subject to funding and performance
