Job Description
Support IOM’s EAGLE Skills Mobility Partnership by refining candidate-selection criteria, employer outreach and placement pathways between Egypt and Austria. This two-month consultancy will review recruitment processes, advise on private-sector engagement and identify Austrian employers for trained graduates

Summary of Responsibilities
- Prepare an inception workplan with IOM Austria, IOM Egypt and the service provider
- Review candidate-selection criteria and provide written recruitment recommendations
- Advise on employer outreach and candidate-promotion approaches
- Identify at least 25 potential Austrian employers for EAGLE graduates
Role Requirements
- Proven recruitment, candidate assessment and selection experience
- Private-sector engagement and employer-outreach experience
- Fluency in German and English
