Recruitment outreach opportunity for pre-selected participants to meet ADB Talent Acquisition in Malaysia. The meeting is intended to introduce ADB career areas and candidate expectations; an invitation does not guarantee a job position.

Department: Talent Acquisition Division

• Apply for consideration for a one-on-one meeting with ADB Talent Acquisition
• Discuss professional background and potential fit with ADB's operational areas
• Review ADB career areas across finance, infrastructure, climate, safeguards, governance and corporate functions
• Make personal travel and accommodation arrangements if selected

• ADB only hires nationals of its member countries
• Master's degree in a relevant field, or university degree in a related field combined with additional relevant professional experience
• At least 3 years of relevant experience for entry-level or early-career roles, 6 years for mid-level opportunities, or 10 years for senior-level roles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• In-person Malaysia outreach is scheduled for September or October 2026

• ADB will not cover transportation or accommodation expenses
