Job Description
Support UNICEF Pakistan's FunDoo platform to expand youth participation and digital learning for social and behaviour change. The Youth UN Volunteer plans outreach, works with youth networks and partners, localises and tests learning content, deploys RapidPro flows, gathers user feedback and documents insights to improve relevant, engaging digital experiences for young people.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Contribute to a youth-focused digital outreach plan for FunDoo
- Identify digital platforms and channels used by young people in Pakistan
- Map and engage youth networks, student groups and community-based organisations
- Adapt and localise FunDoo learning journeys and content for young people
- Upload, test and deploy approved content and learning pathways on RapidPro
- Conduct user acceptance testing of RapidPro flows and document feedback and performance
- Maintain RapidPro flows based on approved changes and user insights
Role Requirements
- Relevant experience through internships, volunteer work, academic projects or professional work
- Experience managing digital tools or platforms including digital engagement tools, chatbots, content-management systems or messaging platforms
- English
Desired Criteria
- Experience with youth groups, student organisations, civil society organisations or community initiatives
- Experience supporting digital communication campaigns, social media engagement or user-centred digital products
- Previous experience with UNICEF, the United Nations or another development organisation
