Job Description
Updates UN Women Colombia’s Dime Mujer website so women can access clear, inclusive and rights-based information about their legal protections. The national consultant will review six rights sections, rewrite legal and educational content, develop pedagogical resources, improve information architecture and document editorial decisions for publication on the platform.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Review current Dime Mujer content to identify gaps and update needs in each rights section
- Draft updated legal content explaining rights, laws, violations and protection routes in clear inclusive language
- Design guides and pedagogical resources for women, leaders and organisations
- Set editorial criteria and maintain narrative and visual consistency across updated content
- Structure content for web publication and propose navigation or categorisation improvements
- Document completed updates and editorial decisions
Role Requirements
- Completed secondary education
- At least 3 years of professional experience drafting or developing research content and working on human rights or women’s rights
- Submit the UN Women Personal History Form, personal identification and one PDF application file
- Spanish
Desired Criteria
- Professional background in law, political science or a related discipline
- Postgraduate studies in human rights or related fields
- Knowledge of Colombian women’s-rights legal frameworks, CEDAW or the Belém do Pará Convention
- Experience drafting legal research documents or educational guides on rights

Additional Information
- National SSA consultancy delivered virtually from the consultant’s own workspace
- Deliverables are due one and two months after the consultancy begins
- Payment is in COP after acceptance of deliverables; no advance payments are provided
- Selected consultant must provide medical coverage within two months of contract signature
