Consultancy for Adolescent Work Tools

Compiles, strengthens and updates practical tools used in programmes for and with adolescents in Colombia. The consultancy applies information-management and participatory-methodology expertise to improve guidance for work with vulnerable children, adolescents and young people.

• Compile existing tools used in programmes for and with adolescents
• Review practical resources for work with vulnerable children and young people
• Strengthen adolescent-focused guidance using evidence from programme practice
• Update tools to support education, participation and youth leadership
• Organise information and documentation gathered through analysis and collection

• Professional degree in social sciences, humanities or natural sciences
• At least three years of relevant work with vulnerable children, adolescents or young people
• Experience developing tangible methodological products such as guides or manuals
• At least two years of experience in information and document analysis and collection
• At least one year of experience developing participatory, educational or training methodologies
• Knowledge of childhood, education, participation and leadership
• Fluency in Spanish

• Remote national consultancy based through the Bogotá duty station
• Proposed assignment duration is five months
