Communications Intern

UNFPA Türkiye seeks a Communications Intern to strengthen the visibility of its development and humanitarian programmes. Working with the Communications Analyst and team, the intern will create Turkish and English web and social content, support audiovisual production and events, maintain media assets, and build practical experience in UN communications processes.

• Assist visibility and communication activities for development and humanitarian programmes
• Develop audiovisual and written content in Turkish and English
• Produce and edit subtitled videos and design social-media content
• Create captions for social media and the website and post approved content
• Translate and edit web articles, stories, and press releases in Turkish and English
• Maintain the digital asset-management system and media lists and support physical and online events

• Enrollment in an eligible undergraduate or postgraduate university programme, recent graduation within one year, or enrollment in a postgraduate professional trainee programme
• Expressed interest in communications
• Demonstrable experience in graphic design, video editing, and social media communications
• Written and spoken proficiency in English
• Familiarity with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
