Summary of Responsibilities
- Coordinate second-level support and track complex client enquiries
- Investigate cases and draft evidence-based guidance for contact-centre teams
- Perform super-user duties with business process owners
- Coach support staff and maintain the service knowledge base
- Review service-level performance with internal clients
- Analyse system issues and participate in testing changes
- Guide personnel through procurement, finance, travel and HR transactions
- Monitor incoming queries and prepare activity reports
Role Requirements
- Secondary school education
- Minimum five years of administrative support experience including human resources, travel or finance
- Working knowledge of English at proficiency level C
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, internet and office technology
- Thai nationality or an existing valid work visa or permit and residence within commuting distance of Bangkok
Desired Criteria
- Experience across more than one administrative work area
- Knowledge of FAO’s organisational structure
- Experience drafting instructions
