Supports the technology used to deliver Mexican cooperation projects across Central America and the Caribbean. The role maintains electronic platforms and biometric devices, assists users, compiles operational data and prepares technical reporting for beneficiary-registration activities.

• Collect statistical information generated by biometric devices during beneficiary registration
• Provide technical support for information technology used during registration missions
• Create service tickets for electronic-platform incidents
• Respond to staff reports about platform operation
• Compile platform data for technical reports
• Resolve incidents and support periodic maintenance of biometric devices
• Document platform operation and maintenance across participating countries

• Secondary education certificate with three years of platform operations and maintenance experience, or a university degree in computing, programming, information technology or software design with no prior experience required
• At least one year of technical assistance experience supporting electronic-platform users
• At least one year of experience managing electronic-platform user profiles
• Mexican citizenship with full civic rights, or immigration status permitting the work
