Job Description
Leads change and project-management work for the International Court of Justice, coordinating delivery against agreed plans and addressing implementation risks. The officer monitors project progress, analyses reports, resolves issues with relevant parties and coordinates relocation, moving and clearance activities between the Carnegie Foundation and the Registry.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Coordinate project-management activities so all project aspects are implemented effectively and in accordance with agreed plans
- Monitor and analyse project development and implementation and review relevant documents and reports
- Identify issues requiring action, initiate corrective measures, liaise with relevant parties and ensure follow-up
- Coordinate relocation, moving and clearance activities between the Carnegie Foundation and the Registry
Role Requirements
- Advanced university degree in project management, business administration, engineering, architecture or a related field, or a first-level degree in those fields with two additional years of relevant work experience
- At least 7 years of experience in project or programme management
- Knowledge and experience in asbestos remediation practice
- English
