Overview
The associate manages data and operational workflows for refugee cash assistance, maintaining beneficiary databases and payment lists, reconciling transfers, producing reports, supporting partners and staff, and troubleshooting systems to ensure timely, accurate and protected delivery.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and provide technical support for cash-intervention databases
- Generate standard and ad hoc statistical reports, charts and tables
- Prepare accurate beneficiary lists for ATM and biometric payment systems
- Reconcile monthly cash-assistance transactions and prepare detailed payment reports
- Cross-check active cases, remove duplicates and keep payment lists current
- Train staff and partners in database use and data-protection practices
- Troubleshoot database issues and coordinate technical fixes
- Monitor financial service providers through field visits and represent UNHCR in cash meetings
Requirements
- High school diploma with three years of relevant experience, or bachelor's degree or higher with two years of relevant experience
- Previous data-management experience, preferably in cash-based interventions
- Excellent knowledge of computer software and database applications
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2005 or later
- Knowledge of English or the UN working language of the duty station
