Responsibilities
- Develop multi-year monitoring and evaluation plans, tools and approaches
- Select indicators and document their methodology, calculation and use
- Coordinate assessments, implementation monitoring and results-monitoring surveys
- Build participatory monitoring, evaluation and reporting with communities and partners
- Coordinate coherent frameworks across donor and multi-partner initiatives
- Support evaluation planning, quality assurance and communication with regional and headquarters teams
- Maintain primary and secondary evidence and translate analysis into programming and advocacy insights
- Design and deliver monitoring and evaluation learning for UNHCR staff and partners
Requirements
- High school diploma with two years of relevant experience, or bachelor's degree or higher with one year of relevant experience
- Experience implementing monitoring systems and conducting or managing evaluations in UN, development or humanitarian contexts
- Experience establishing monitoring systems and frameworks aligned with corporate results-based management
- Experience coordinating internal and external stakeholders in a cross-cultural environment
- Knowledge of English or the UN working language of the duty station
