Job Description
Supports the Egypt Resident Coordinator’s Office with programme design, coordination and implementation across migrants and refugees, human rights, and the humanitarian-development-peace nexus. The UN Volunteer prepares UNCT briefs and reports, maps stakeholders, drafts talking points and speeches, and contributes to governance, inclusion, transparency, rule-of-law and policy engagement.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Support design, coordination and implementation of joint programmes
- Prepare presentations, briefs and reports for the UN Country Team
- Map and identify key stakeholders
- Develop talking points and speeches
- Carry out other functions assigned by the supervisor
Role Requirements
- At least 6 months of professional or volunteer work experience related to international relations or international development
- Excellent oral and written English skills
Desired Criteria
- Experience working in the UN or another international development organization is an asset
- Familiarity with communications-for-development tools and approaches
