Associate Investment Officer

Supports ADB’s Private Sector Investment Funds Division with credit administration for equity investments in Manila. The officer manages onboarding, disbursements, covenant monitoring, billing and documentation; coordinates with deal teams and internal units; and maintains portfolio data and planning inputs to ensure compliant, accurate and timely investment operations.

• Monitor client compliance with periodic reporting obligations
• Coordinate with deal teams on covenant breaches and transaction developments
• Process disbursements, distributions and withdrawal applications
• Verify compliance with disbursement conditions and loan covenants
• Coordinate system recording of approvals, signings, terminations and cancellations
• Maintain legal, financing, security and project-contract documentation
• Maintain project databases and portfolio-management information

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business or a related field
• At least five years of relevant experience in credit lending and equity investments
• Excellent understanding of finance business principles and client-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Advanced training in finance, business or a related field
• International financial institution, investment bank, infrastructure fund or consultancy experience
