Supports the UNDP Tunisia GLDSE portfolio's continuous-learning approach by coordinating learning, documentation and knowledge-sharing activities. The volunteer will organize internal evidence and lessons, prepare portfolio materials, support workshops and collaboration spaces, and help integrate learning into implementation so programme results are more coherent, effective and sustainable.

• Strengthen tools and methods that support learning, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across the portfolio
• Collect, organize and update internal databases and repositories of lessons learned, case studies, good practices and resources
• Prepare notes, reports, presentations and other portfolio materials
• Format deliverables to improve visual quality, readability and impact through simple graphic supports
• Support the preparation, logistics and delivery of workshops, meetings, events and collaboration spaces
• Track activities and coordinate with stakeholders involved in portfolio initiatives
• Analyze and structure lessons learned for integration and dissemination

• Experience designing and developing learning experiences
• Experience in project management
• Experience with digital tools including MS Office, Canvas and Miro or Mural
• Fluency in French and Arabic, written and spoken, with working knowledge of English

• Entry lump-sum allowance: USD 350
• End-of-assignment allowance: USD 120 per month of service after satisfactory completion
