Supports AMEXCID infrastructure projects serving migrant populations by reviewing works and budgets, accompanying architectural supervision, coordinating with contractors and communities, and maintaining accountable technical records for the PROCAP cooperation programme.

• Review infrastructure projects with the authorised partner institutions
• Review project budgets and expenditure to support financial control of infrastructure works
• Accompany teams supervising architectural projects for migrant populations
• Participate in meetings with contractors, local authorities and receiving communities
• Maintain orderly infrastructure-project documentation for accountability and public-audit readiness

• Bachillerato certificate with seven years of public-works or infrastructure-project experience, or a relevant licenciatura with four years of such experience
• Experience supervising or controlling the budgets of public works
• Experience in construction-material quality control
• Experience engaging contractors, local authorities and receiving communities
• Mexican citizenship with full civic rights, or immigration status permitting the work to be performed

• Knowledge of construction regulations or public-building standards
• Experience in public-works tendering, contracting, execution and closure
• Experience preparing technical files for audits
