Summary of Responsibilities
- Promote civil-society participation in Mexico's multilateral delegations on social cohesion, gender and sexual diversity
- Convene information and dialogue meetings with civil society and foreign-affairs teams
- Develop actions connecting organisations with international-cooperation opportunities
- Organise consultations, workshops and forums supporting civil-society participation
- Track gender and LGBTIQ+ agenda meetings and progress
- Facilitate exchange between ministry officials and civil-society representatives
Role Requirements
- High school certificate with six years of relevant experience, or a completed bachelor's degree with three years
- Experience in development-project follow-up with a gender perspective or international negotiation settings
- Mexican citizenship or immigration status permitting the work
Desired Criteria
- Experience or knowledge of international relations and policy analysis
- Experience or knowledge of institutional engagement with civil-society organisations
- Experience or knowledge of multilateral relations and international development cooperation
