Summary of Responsibilities
- Develop initiatives that foster civil-society activity on mobility, settlements and human development
- Coordinate civil-society engagement in Mexico’s multilateral agenda
- Monitor national and international civil-society developments to inform engagement strategies
- Support cooperation among subnational governments, citizens and organised civil society
- Evaluate requests from civil-society networks and organisations
- Prepare analyses, communications and meeting records for the directorate
Role Requirements
- High school certificate with four years of relevant experience, or a completed bachelor's degree with one year
- Relevant experience engaging civil-society organisations, international bodies or development projects
- Mexican citizenship or immigration status permitting the work
Desired Criteria
- Experience or knowledge of federal public administration
- Experience or knowledge of international policy and multilateral cooperation
- Experience or knowledge of human rights
- Experience or knowledge of children and youth issues
