Job Description
Supports the Internal Displacement Solutions Fund’s programme performance and partnerships by reviewing joint programmes, monitoring delivery and risk, preparing donor-facing analysis and advocacy materials, and strengthening resource mobilisation, knowledge management and inter-agency coordination.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to UN organisations, government counterparts and partners on joint programmes
- Review concept notes and joint-programme proposals against Fund quality standards
- Track portfolio delivery against workplans, budgets and the Results Framework
- Support data collection and monitoring frameworks for sustainable integration milestones
- Maintain the Fund risk matrix and analyse operational and political risks
- Draft briefing notes, investment cases and advocacy materials for donors and UN leadership
- Monitor funding trends and identify new resource-mobilisation opportunities
- Review partner reports and support consolidated reporting to the Steering Committee
Role Requirements
- Master’s degree in business administration, economics, finance or a related field, or a bachelor’s degree with two additional years of qualifying experience
- At least 5 years of relevant experience with a master’s degree or 7 years with a bachelor’s degree in programme coordination, policy analysis and knowledge management within the UN system
- Experience in programme or project management including technical appraisal, monitoring and reporting
- Strong experience drafting high-quality reports, briefing notes and communication materials
- Fluency in English
Desired Criteria
- Fluency in the Multi-Partner Trust Fund Office’s grant-management platform, Gateway
- Experience with durable solutions for internal displacement and the Humanitarian-Development-Peace nexus
- Familiarity with inter-agency coordination mechanisms and UN frameworks
- Experience building partnerships, advocacy and resource mobilisation
- Knowledge of another UN language
