Lead UNDP Armenia programme strategy and a major country-office portfolio, advising senior management and supervising the programme team. The role oversees design, budgeting, risk, monitoring and partnerships, mobilises resources, assures programme quality and coordinates policy and knowledge support.

Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement country programme strategies and policies
- Lead programme design, planning, budgeting, monitoring and risk management
- Supervise the programme team and oversee workflows and quality assurance
- Establish partnership modalities and compliance frameworks
- Monitor results, evaluations, audits and corporate and donor reporting
- Build strategic partnerships and negotiate complex financing agreements
- Develop the country-office pipeline and mobilise resources
- Coordinate policy advice, advocacy, knowledge networks and staff training
Requirements
- Master degree in public administration, policy, business administration, economics, political science, social science or related field plus five years of experience, or bachelor degree plus seven years
- Management advisory and development-portfolio design, monitoring and evaluation experience
- Experience with office software, databases and ERP systems
- Fluent English and Armenian
- Eligibility under UNDP Tier 0, 1 or 2
