El Asistente Tutor(a) E-Learning coordina los cursos de especialización del MINVU en Santiago. El puesto administra contenidos y estudiantes en la plataforma, atiende consultas, monitorea participación, rendimiento y deserción, prepara informes y tableros, y propone mejoras basadas en analítica de aprendizaje para fortalecer la capacitación en planificación urbana.

Role Requirements
- Secondary education
- At least 4 years of relevant experience with secondary education or 1 year with a bachelor's degree
- Virtual classroom and distance-education experience
- Fluency in Spanish
