Agenda 2063 in Power Spaces - Cohort 3New

UNDP’s Agenda 2063 Academy seeks online volunteers for a seven-week leadership traineeship. Participants study course materials, help fellow learners connect Agenda 2063 tools to their own decision-making spaces, facilitate small-group conversations and contribute to a structured review that improves future cohorts, learning materials and participant experience across Africa and beyond.

• Study Agenda 2063 in Power Spaces learning materials including the Reader and associated resources
• Support participant engagement through weekly concepts, questions and exercises during the seven-week traineeship
• Engage in assigned small-group learning conversations that help participants connect tools to their own Power Spaces
• Encourage learners to translate ideas into their own contexts rather than reproduce course content
• Contribute to a structured end-of-cohort review identifying effective elements and improvements for future cohorts
• Help test and improve learning materials, facilitation approaches and participant experience

• Strong interest in Agenda 2063, African development, leadership, development practice, public policy, business, education, community development or related fields
• Ability to read and engage critically with learning materials
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to provide concise and constructive feedback
• Commitment to complete the assignment throughout Cohort 3
