Responsibilities
- Arrange meetings, workshops, events and missions, including logistics and financial administration
- Manage the Deputy Regional Director’s calendar, appointments and priority follow-up
- Maintain office supplies, confidential records and electronic filing systems
- Support programme workplans, budgets, proposals, briefing materials and audit follow-up
- Create requisitions, record goods receipts and process cost-recovery billing in Quantum
- Arrange travel and process authorisations, purchase orders and claims
- Support procurement plans, tender processes and Procurement Review Committee submissions
- Compile and share lessons and good practices on programme and operations support
Requirements
- Completion of secondary education
- At least six years of progressively responsible experience in administration or programme management or support
- Experience using multiple office software packages in a computer-based work environment
- Experience supporting a team
