Overview

Provides coordination, operational, financial and administrative support for UN Women’s ASEAN engagement in Indonesia. The consultancy manages stakeholder correspondence, programme processes, records and reporting so ASEAN-related initiatives align with institutional priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and distribute official communications, invitations and correspondence for ASEAN stakeholders
  • Follow up with ASEAN Sectoral Bodies to align programme activities with their priorities and processes
  • Administer procurement, travel, financial and administrative processes for programme delivery
  • Manage ASEAN-related consultants and suppliers, including payment processing
  • Maintain project documentation, filing systems and ASEAN coordination records
  • Document meeting discussions, outcomes and follow-up actions
  • Prepare internal reports and provide operational support for ASEAN initiatives

Requirements

  • Completion of secondary education
  • At least five years of progressively responsible experience in coordination, operations, finance, administration or programme support
  • Experience supporting high-level consultative workshops for ASEAN government representatives, dialogue partners, institutions and civil society organisations
  • Experience using multiple office software packages
  • Excellent written and oral English
