Summary of Responsibilities

  • Coordinate technical-assistance correspondence, mission records and document filing
  • Arrange flights, accommodation and logistics for advisers and workshop participants
  • Organize workshops, webinars, outreach events and steering committee meetings
  • Prepare invitations, participant lists, surveys, minutes and outreach materials
  • Liaise with authorities on diplomatic cards, shipments and UN identification
  • Maintain shared-drive, NEXUS and Partners Connect records
  • Process expert expense reports and support office procurement
  • Provide administrative backup during absences and workload peaks

Role Requirements

  • Completion of secondary education with training in business, finance, human resources, administration or a related field
  • At least five years of relevant experience
  • Italian nationality or residency, or independently secured valid Italian work authorisation before employment
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
  • Fluency in spoken and written Italian
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Copilot and video-conferencing tools
  • Occasional flexibility in working hours to coordinate with IMF headquarters

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • Experience in a dynamic and growing office environment
