Responsibilities
- Deliver technical assistance on monetary and foreign-exchange market operations
- Assess monetary-policy frameworks and advise central banks
- Develop legislative, regulatory and operational recommendations
- Prepare mission documents for IMF review and transmission to authorities
- Coordinate member-country assistance requests with IMF teams
- Lead regional workshops, seminars and webinars
- Apply results-based management to capacity-development activities
- Lead annual programme planning, budgeting, reporting and outreach
Requirements
- Graduate degree in economics, finance, accounting or a related field
- At least five years of central-bank experience
- In-depth knowledge of international standards for monetary and foreign-exchange market operations
- Strong spoken and written English, including presentation skills
- Proficiency in modern computer systems and applications, including artificial intelligence
