Coordinates technical planning and quality assurance for the UN Common Premises project in Istanbul, assessing space needs, preparing floor plans, liaising with agencies and government counterparts, monitoring construction and fit-out, and verifying readiness for compliant handover.

• Conduct space-needs assessments and support planning for the UN Common Premises
• Prepare floor plans in accordance with United Nations requirements
• Coordinate with participating agencies, project-governance bodies and government counterparts
• Provide technical quality assurance for construction, interior design and fit-out works
• Assess handover readiness and verify permits and compliance documentation
• Prepare technical recommendations for final acceptance and formal handover

• Master's degree in architecture or a related field
• At least five years of relevant professional experience
• Experience in project management and oversight of office-building construction and interior design
• Proficiency with technical design tools including CAD
• Proficiency in Turkish and English

• Project-management certification and proficiency with project-management software
• Knowledge of international and Turkish building codes applicable to Istanbul
