Responsibilities
- Coordinate implementation planning for US-funded WASH grant activities
- Provide technical support for water-supply and institutional sanitation works
- Monitor construction delivery, service quality and programme progress
- Support quality assurance, reporting and institutional capacity development
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, water engineering, hydrogeology or a related field
- At least 5 years of relevant WASH programme experience, including 3 years in construction or supervision of water-supply and institutional-sanitation works
- Fluent spoken and written Portuguese
- National consultancy eligibility in Mozambique
