Technical Advisor (Quality Healthcare)

Provides global technical leadership for UNOPS quality healthcare mission, integrating thematic knowledge, innovation and foresight into partnerships, policy and service delivery. The advisor shapes mission positioning, guides opportunities and builds organisational learning across teams and offices.

• Lead UNOPS positioning and thought leadership for the quality healthcare mission
• Define thematic expertise, comparative advantage and partner value propositions
• Develop mission-aligned knowledge products for internal and external audiences
• Guide partnership and opportunity development through technical expert input
• Integrate mission knowledge, innovation and foresight into policy and service delivery
• Advise on outcomes, indicators and mission-aligned performance frameworks
• Build coherent learning and innovation processes across headquarters and geographic offices
• Guide and supervise team members while fostering accountability and inclusion

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, sustainable development or a related discipline with nine years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree with seven years
• Experience providing technical advisory support in healthcare, sustainable development or related themes
• Experience conducting foresight and trend analysis and developing healthcare case studies
• Experience facilitating stakeholder engagement and collaborative approaches to healthcare
• Experience in development or humanitarian contexts
• Experience working in multicultural environments
• Fluency in English
