Job Description
Contributes to UNRWA’s Supply Chain Innovation Internship Programme through assignments in procurement, logistics, fleet, administration and digital-improvement tracks. Interns conduct research and data analysis, document processes, help develop dashboards and workflow tools, and prepare project materials under supervision. The programme builds applied supply-chain experience supporting operations and service delivery for Palestine refugees.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Conduct research, data collection and analysis for assigned projects
- Document business processes, workflows and operating procedures
- Prepare and update guidance documents, templates and working materials
- Support data analysis, reporting and dashboard preparation
- Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities
- Assist with simple digital tools, forms, dashboards and automation concepts
Role Requirements
- Final-year undergraduate student, current Master's student or recent graduate
- Study in a discipline relevant to the assigned internship area
- Excellent written and verbal English communication and report-writing skills
Desired Criteria
- Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Visio, SQL, Python, GIS or ERP-platform familiarity is an advantage
- Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills are preferred
