Leads strategic communications, advocacy and partnership engagement for a UNDP initiative focused on digital transformation and inclusive development. The specialist will position the initiative with governments, donors and partners, create advocacy and resource-mobilisation products, support policy dialogue and build campaigns and knowledge products that strengthen visibility, influence and collaboration across Africa and Arab States.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic communications and advocacy initiatives
- Build partnerships with governments, donors and development organisations
- Support high-level stakeholder engagement and policy dialogue
- Develop resource-mobilisation communications products
- Design campaigns, events and knowledge products for international audiences
Role Requirements
- Advanced degree or bachelor's degree plus additional experience in a relevant field
- At least 5 years of experience in strategic communications, advocacy, partnerships or stakeholder engagement
- Experience developing strategic communications and advocacy initiatives in international development
- Experience managing partnerships with governments, donors and international organisations
- Fluency in English and French
Desired Criteria
- Experience with Africa or Arab States
- Experience with UNDP, UN agencies or multilateral organisations
- Experience communicating on digital financial inclusion or digital transformation
- Professional certification in communications, advocacy or public affairs
