UNICEF seeks a home-based STEP 2.0 advisor to prepare an implementing partner and facilitators for Bolivia’s immunization supply-chain transformation, deliver a Panama Training of Trainers workshop, and provide virtual guidance, oversight and coordination throughout programme delivery and closeout.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Deliver a three-day STEP 2.0 Training of Trainers workshop in Panama
- Onboard the new implementing partner and private-sector coaches
- Provide ongoing virtual support, oversight and guidance during implementation
- Coordinate bi-weekly virtual meetings with the partner and UNICEF
- Support the graduation ceremony and programme closeout
Role Requirements
- Bachelor degree in public health, health policy and management, social or behavioral science, economics or a related field
- Experience delivering STEP or comparable supply-chain workforce development programmes
- Fluency in English
