Stagiaire Communication

Supports IFRC and Chad Red Cross communication for humanitarian operations, producing content, strengthening digital visibility and building local capacity. The internship contributes to documentation, media engagement, storytelling and communication around Sudan-crisis and cholera-response activities.

• Promote visibility of Chad country-office activities
• Produce and distribute communication content for different audiences
• Document humanitarian projects, activities and operations
• Strengthen staff and volunteer capacity in storytelling, media relations and social-media management
• Support digital communication planning and editorial monitoring
• Collect, archive and manage multimedia resources
• Develop communication materials including posters, infographics, banners and newsletters
• Support partner mapping, donor materials and institutional meetings

• University degree in communication, marketing, public relations, journalism, multimedia, digital communication, social sciences or a related field
• One or two years of progressive professional experience in communication
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
• Knowledge of public relations, media relations and social media
• Knowledge of humanitarian principles

• Experience in international organisations, embassies or public bodies
