Job Description
The UNDP intern supports communications in Dili by creating social-media and visual content, preparing outreach materials and assisting events. The assignment also maintains stakeholder contacts, coordinates knowledge products and logistics, and helps implement the office communications workplan.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Draft social-media posts and digital content
- Create infographics and other visual materials
- Prepare communication and outreach products
- Support events, campaigns and communications logistics
- Help implement the communications workplan
- Coordinate knowledge products with programme colleagues
- Maintain stakeholder and media contact databases
Role Requirements
- Current postgraduate enrolment, final-year bachelor enrolment, graduation within the previous year, or participation in a postgraduate professional traineeship
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- English proficiency
Desired Criteria
- Academic background in communications, journalism, media, international relations, development studies or a related field
- Experience with Canva, Power BI or Adobe Creative Suite
