Responsibilities
- Map and improve inter-agency information and validation workflows
- Develop a strategic positioning framework for the UN Country Team
- Transform programme evidence into systemic-change narratives
- Create briefs, advocacy notes and talking points for decision-makers
- Develop audience-specific messaging and partnership communications
- Prepare an integrated editorial calendar for 2026 and 2027
- Assess capacity needs and deliver strategic communication training
Requirements
- Advanced university degree in strategic communications, public affairs, international relations, international development, political science or a related field, or a first-level degree with two additional years of relevant experience
- At least five years of experience in strategic communications, institutional positioning, advocacy, public affairs or influence communications
- Experience translating development data into policy and advocacy arguments
- Experience in organisational diagnosis, knowledge management or multi-actor information systems
- Oral and written fluency in French and knowledge of English
