Social Media and Communication Support

Supports UNV Lesotho’s digital outreach and Online Volunteering service. The online volunteer promotes content across social platforms, develops posts, articles, graphics and short videos, engages local organisations and communities, supports virtual events, and monitors engagement feedback. Training, messaging guidelines and visual assets are provided by the Regional Communication Assistant.

• Share and promote corporate and local content on social media platforms
• Develop posts, articles, graphics and short videos for local audiences
• Engage local organizations and communities to foster partnerships
• Organize and participate in virtual discussions, webinars and storytelling sessions
• Monitor and report engagement metrics and feedback

• Strong communication and writing skills
• Creativity and a good understanding of social media platforms
• Active accounts on at least three listed social media platforms
• Fluency in English

• Experience in content creation, graphic design, video editing or project management
