Job Description
Supports UNICEF Mozambique social and behavior change work by planning, coordinating and monitoring evidence-based communication and community engagement activities. The officer works with partners to strengthen programme learning, capacity building and emergency response that advance positive practices for children.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Plan social and behavior change activities
- Coordinate community engagement and partner collaboration
- Monitor programme implementation and behavioural evidence
- Support capacity building and knowledge transfer
- Contribute to humanitarian and emergency-response programming
Role Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in social services, communications, behavioural science or a related field
- At least two years of social and behavior change or community-engagement experience
- Fluency in English and Portuguese
Desired Criteria
- Experience with a UN system agency or organization
- Country-level experience in development, fragile settings or humanitarian contexts
