Senior Project Associate (Institutional Donor Engagement)

IOM seeks a Senior Project Associate in The Hague to coordinate institutional donor engagement, resource mobilisation and stewardship for its Netherlands mission, organise donor briefings and visits, maintain CRM intelligence and institutional memory, and monitor donor priorities, funding trends and reporting.

Department: ERCOM Unit

• Coordinate institutional donor engagement for IOM Netherlands
• Support fundraising strategy implementation and donor stewardship
• Organise donor meetings, briefings and high-level visits
• Maintain CRM records and donor intelligence
• Prepare donor updates, concept notes and engagement materials

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with four years of professional experience, or secondary education with six years of relevant experience
• Experience in donor relations, fundraising, external relations or institutional partnerships
• Fluent written and spoken English and Dutch
• Valid residence and work permit for the Netherlands
