Overview

Responsibilities
- Identify and develop partnership and fundraising opportunities
- Support donor engagement and relationship management
- Prepare donor proposals, concept notes and partnership materials
- Develop guidance, knowledge products and training materials
- Coordinate priority partnership initiatives and events
- Monitor and evaluate networking and partnership activities
Requirements
- Master’s degree in communication, marketing, journalism, public relations, international relations or a related discipline
- Between five and 10 years of relevant professional experience in partnerships, fundraising, public relations or marketing
- Experience developing partnership, fundraising or engagement strategies
- Experience preparing donor proposals, concept notes and partnership materials
- Fluent English and Russian
- Belarusian national eligibility for this national consultancy
