Overview

UNICEF seeks a national consultant in Minsk to identify and manage partnership and fundraising opportunities, engage donors, develop proposals and concept notes, create guidance and training materials, and support priority partnership initiatives and events for children in Belarus.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop partnership and fundraising opportunities
  • Support donor engagement and relationship management
  • Prepare donor proposals, concept notes and partnership materials
  • Develop guidance, knowledge products and training materials
  • Coordinate priority partnership initiatives and events
  • Monitor and evaluate networking and partnership activities

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in communication, marketing, journalism, public relations, international relations or a related discipline
  • Between five and 10 years of relevant professional experience in partnerships, fundraising, public relations or marketing
  • Experience developing partnership, fundraising or engagement strategies
  • Experience preparing donor proposals, concept notes and partnership materials
  • Fluent English and Russian
  • Belarusian national eligibility for this national consultancy
