Overview
Support IOM UK’s engagement with government, parliament, financial institutions and think tanks. The associate will coordinate meetings and visits, analyse policy and funding developments, prepare briefings, gather programme evidence, research donors and opportunities, and help country teams mobilize UK resources.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate engagement with UK government, parliament, development banks and think tanks
- Prepare stakeholder information, meeting materials, logistics and follow-up
- Monitor political, policy and funding developments and draft guidance
- Compile programme evidence and prepare talking points and briefings
- Research donors and opportunities and support UK-focused resource mobilization
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in international relations, development studies or related field with five years of experience, or high school diploma with seven years
- Experience supporting international relations, public affairs, communications or related work
- Experience engaging parliamentarians, government bodies or development banks
- Experience organizing events and drafting institutional documents
- Fluency in English
