Responsibilities

  • Prepare analytical profiles of funding partners, priorities, trends and opportunities
  • Maintain current information on Member State engagement and follow-up actions
  • Share information between headquarters, regional offices and focal points
  • Coordinate funding dialogues at global and regional levels
  • Organize and follow up bilateral consultations and meetings with Member States
  • Prepare agendas, briefing materials, outcome documentation and follow-up actions
  • Manage tailored communications and responses to funding partner queries
  • Support engagement with funding partners on oversight reviews and queries

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in partnership development, stakeholder engagement or resource mobilization
  • Experience preparing briefing materials, coordinating meetings and analysing information for strategic decision-making
  • Advanced degree in international relations, development studies, environmental policy, political science, business or public administration, economics or a related field, or a Bachelor’s degree with two additional years of relevant experience
